Teenager Pip Fitz-Amobi decides to revisit a murder case in the sleepy town of Little Kilton. Five years ago, schoolgirl Andie Bell went missing, and her boyfriend Sal Singh sent a text confessing to the murder, before he was found dead. The case was closed, but Pip isn’t convinced, so she teams up with Sal’s brother Ravi and starts to uncover a web of secrets that someone in Little Kilton desperately wants to stay hidden.

A Good Girl's Guide to Murder is one of the best trilogies I have ever read. It's a thrilling, captivating book about Pippa Fitz-Amboi who investigates a closed murder case for her A-level coursework. She befriends the so-called ‘murderer’s’ brother and together they uncover the truth of who really killed who. I absolutely loved this book. It left me shook after reading it and immediately had to go out and buy the next 2!
A Good Girl's Guide to Murder is about a girl who is very smart and does her EPQ on a murder which had a huge impact on her town and was very famous in her town's history. She starts to interview people involved and with the help of the alleged murderer's brother -Sal- she finds out new secrets about the town and shockingly discovers the true murderer's identity. I liked that the main character is strong willed, brave and determined but also has some very relatable characteristics making it a good balance between humour and seriousness. The plot is really interesting and you never know what is coming next, making it exciting as it is almost like you are solving the murder along with her. The end is certainly shocking and packed full of interesting surprises and twists. I would definitely recommend this book to any teenager.
