Story
Solidae lives with her grandmother. Every morning, before leaving to go to the market, Solidae’s grandmother warns her to keep her eye out for Man Crow, a creature who is half man half crow. Because his feathers are not as beautiful as the other birds in the forest, Man Crow goes around stealing the colour from the world, draining all these colours and putting them on one special feather on his back. When they see Man Crow, all Solidae’s friends run away but she is determined to stop him. She sings to him and he begins to sing. She dances and he begins to dance – and as he dances Solidae yanks his special feather from his back and tells him that stealing all the colour and beauty from the world is wrong.
