Never Forget You is a great story set around World War 2 and is all about 4 friends and how they cope and deal with the war. Gwen, Dodo, Vera and Noor are all best friends at an English boarding school, however when war breaks out, they all have to help the war effort. With dangerous jobs like spying and flying planes, who will survive and last the war? I thought this was an incredible book set in a tough time. I loved the way all the characters had different roles and I felt so connected to all of them. It was also really good because it made you feel lots of things, like there were some really sad bits but also very happy as well. I liked the contrast and this book was written really well, I felt like I knew all the characters and felt their pain and grief. I really enjoyed it and liked the style it was written in. I would definitely recommend it to other people.
