City of Stories

Climb aboard the Storycraft and take a trip through Oxford's literary history. This 25 minute film was originally shown in the City of Stories gallery which closed in 2025. It takes you through a thousand years of Oxford's story history, from myths and legends to children's classics. Stories featured include Beowulf, King Arthur, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, Chronicles of Narnia, The Lord of the Rings and His Dark Materials.
