Digital Dreamers was a skills development programme for budding young game designers. The project explored new ways to tell stories inspired by the museum’s 1001 Stories collection, championing inclusive, game-based storytelling in a supportive and imaginative environment.
Working with industry professionals, The Story Museum invited young people to select and explore stories from our collection and reimagine them as video games. Delivered in partnership with MindJam, the scheme supported two groups across an academic year providing hands-on experience in both the creative and technical aspects of game design.
The project led to proto-type games, designed and built in Unity.
Made in partnership with Greyfriars Catholic School and Yellow Submarine.
